I am a German attorney at law (Rechtsanwalt) since 2005. My practice focuses on intellectual property (IP) and unfair competition matters.
From 2008 to 2015, I worked as an inhouse lawyer at an international pharmaceutical and chemical company. For five years, I managed the team responsible for the global trademark and domain name portfolios of the group’s biopharma business.
I studied law at the universities of Passau and Heidelberg in Germany and the University of Seville in Spain, and received a doctoral degree from the University of Osnabrück, Germany for my thesis on the overlap of trademarks and copyrights.
I am a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group (PTMG) and the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
